# Bored Ape Yacht (BAYC)

> Bored Ape Yacht (Chinese name: 无聊猿金猴, "golden bored ape") is a bored-ape themed community token on BNB Chain (chain id 56), sold as 100,000 numbered shares through one immutable sale contract. Shares #1–2,000 are free and #2,001–10,000 cost 1.5 USDT; both stages are open only to wallets that hold a Binance .ai Agent ID. Share #10,000 seeds the PancakeSwap BAYC/USDT pool in the same transaction and burns the LP tokens. After that anyone can mint at a rising tier price.

- Open: at share #10,000 the contract adds 8,400 USDT + 39,480,000 BAYC to PancakeSwap v2 and sends LP tokens to 0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dEaD. Top-100 inviters share 2,400 USDT.
- Open tiers: #10,001–100,000, 2 USDT then +1 USDT every 500 shares (180 tiers, last 181 USDT), 9,400 BAYC per share, no Agent ID, no limit.
- Trading tax: buy 1%, sell 1%.
- Rewards: 500th share of each open tier +30,000 BAYC; tier top-3 15,000/8,000/4,000 BAYC; 10,000 BAYC burned per completed tier; every share number ending in 88 +1,800 BAYC; Last Ape pot (1,333-block timer, +100 BAYC per open-tier share, last minter wins).
